Emily Chambers & Parkinson’s Society British Columbia present “SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE” a concert in benefit of Parkinson’s BC.

Come #PartyForParkinsons with some of Vancouver’s best talent including Star Captains, David Morin, Tonye Aganaba, DUTCH Robinson Music, Emily Chambers, & Camaro 67 perform on Friday, January 8th at Imperial Vancouver.

There are over 100,000 Canadians living with this disease with over 400,000 care partners affected.

Tickets are $25 and proceeds go to BC Parkinson’s programs & services. Doors @ 7PM Music @ 8PM. There will be a silent auction running from 8-10PM and a LIVE ART AUCTION featuring 3 amazing pieces by Lauren Taylor Illustrations throughout the night. There are VIP tickets available for $125 for a private reception including drinks and appies running from 6:30PM-8PM. Ticket purchase includes a $65 tax receipt.

Formed in Vancouver, Bazooka Picnic is a bombastic, horn driven, jazz funk ensemble! Inspired by Scofield, Lettuce and The Roots, this eclectic groove is gonna make you move in ways unimagined! Bazooka Picnic features musicians from Five Alarm Funk, The Ponderosas, Bananafish Dance Orchestra, and Giraffe Aftermath as well as Vancouver’s very own Eli Bennett on tenor sax. Nothing but groove all night!
